Growing up, you have no doubt been told numerous times that it is best to try to eat home cooked meals. As you enter your adult life, you have probably heard about how pre-packaged foods are unhealthy. Once you start your weight loss journey, you presumably have read about how the best way to lose weight is to avoid eating unhealthy foods. Given all of that, should you then steer clear of all pre-packaged diet foods? Surprisingly enough, the answer here is no.
